Start by measuring the two adjacent walls of the corner where the desk will go. Note the distance from the corner to any interruptions (windows, doors, HVAC vents). Subtract 1"–2" per wall for clearance from leveling glides and wall irregularities. Subtract 36" from each open side for aisle clearance.
