This Desk is Reversible
The cables under your desk right now are often forced to cross the floor before they reach power connections. An L shaped double pedestal desk puts that route inside black metal C-legs, through a vented compartment with a removable cover, and onward through cabling cutouts in the modesty panel. For an office manager coordinating shared workstations, that means the wire path is part of the desk. This configuration also gives you two locking storage pedestals, with each able to be installed on either side, so files and supplies stay within the same work area. The result is a workspace organized around the way your staff connects, stores, and works.
The desk measures 72-inch wide by 72-inch deep by 29-inch high overall. Its desk dimensions are 72-inch wide by 30-inch deep, with a 42-inch wide return. The desktop is constructed from thermally fused melamine laminate, measures 1-inch thick, and has a black T-Mold edge band. Rounded corners are part of the desktop construction. The laminates are scratch, stain and scald resistant and wipe clean. Wires can run from a power source on the floor through the C-legs and up through the cabling cutouts in the modesty panel. Each C-leg has a vented compartment with a removable cover, and the legs and modesty panel have a black finish.
You can position one box-box-file pedestal and one file-file pedestal on either side of the desk. The box drawers keep supplies within reach, while the file drawers accept both letter and legal filing. All drawers lock and use silver colored curved drawer pulls. Finish selections apply to the tabletop: the cherry tabletop is double sided, with Maple on the other side; Noble Oak laminate has Neo Walnut on the other side; and Mahogany laminate has Grey laminate on the other side. That gives you a practical way to coordinate the working surface and storage placement with your office layout while keeping files, supplies, and wiring connected to the same workstation.
