Each C-leg has a vented compartment with a removable cover, allowing wires to run from a power source on the floor through the legs, through cabling cutouts in the modesty panel, and up to the desktops. That routing keeps the wiring path within the desk structure as you connect the work areas. The 42-inch bridge provides the stated connection between the two desk sections, while the overall dimensions give you the footprint needed for placement planning. The included self-tapping wood screws and placement template correspond to the assembly process.
You can configure the tabletop finish with the sourced double-sided combinations: the Mahogany tabletop has Grey on the other side, Noble Oak laminate has Neo Walnut on the other side, and Cherry laminate has Maple laminate on the other side. The laminates are scratch, stain and scald resistant and wipe clean. Those finish choices let you coordinate the visible tabletop surface with the rest of your office while retaining another stated surface on the reverse side. The black finish on the legs and modesty panel keeps those components visually consistent with the black T-Mold edge.
