Once reports accumulate, a desk supplies full-extension file drawers along with a pencil tray for essentials. The 60-inch wide by 66-inch deep layout gives room for a primary task area, reference materials, and a secondary surface without crowding the chair zone. Construction centers on 7/8-inch thick worksurfaces with 3/4-inch thick end panels and modesty panels, all finished in thermally fused melamine for a hardwearing surface. Exposed edges carry 3mm PVC edge banding on the worksurfaces, drawer fronts, and boxes to match the finish and add protection against daily impact. Drawer fronts are 5/8-inch thick thermally fused melamine, and the drawer boxes use 1/2-inch black vinyl board with a matching 1/8-inch bottom panel. Reinforced metal brackets add structural support, while metal cam locks and connecting pins support durable field assembly. Box drawers use 3/4-extension ball bearing slides, file drawers use full-extension ball bearing slides, and soft-close suspension is standard throughout. Integrated wire management grommets and adjustable leveling glides complete the build. The desk includes a core-removable lock cylinder for master keying or lock replacement, plus filing bars in the file drawers for suspension filing. Adjustable leveling glides provide up to 1/2-inch of height compensation for uneven floors. The surface, drawers, and pedestals are designed to coordinate across matching office furniture lines for a consistent workspace.
Each pedestal includes two box drawers and one full-depth file drawer, giving the desk organized storage on both sides. File drawers are suspension-file ready and accept both front-to-back letter and side-to-side legal hanging files, with filing bars included. The standard core-removable lock cylinder supports master keying or lock replacement without changing the full unit. A pencil tray is included with the box drawer configurations.
