How do I know if an office chair fits me properly?

A properly fitting office chair meets all of these criteria: feet flat on the floor; thighs parallel to the floor; 2"–4" space between the front seat edge and back of knees; lower back fully supported by the lumbar; shoulders relaxed; elbows at 90° on armrests with forearms parallel to the desk; and monitor top at or slightly below eye level. If the chair cannot achieve all of these simultaneously, it does not fit you correctly. At OfficeFurniture2go.com, our team can help you identify the right chair for your measurements — call 1-800-460-0858.
