What is the difference between a mid-back and high-back office chair?

Mid-back chairs have a backrest extending to approximately shoulder blade height (18"–22" from seat) — good lumbar and lower back support, no head/neck support. High-back chairs extend 22"–30" from the seat and include a headrest — better for extended sitting, reclining, and users with upper back or neck discomfort. Mid-back chairs are more appropriate for active upright desk work. At OfficeFurniture2go.com, we carry both configurations — call 1-800-460-0858.
